And that shouldn't hold anyone back. Everyone, regardless of ability, deserves to live a life of purpose and dignity — at home, at work, and among friends.

Daivergent was founded in 2017 as a Public Benefit Corporation dedicated to preparing neurodivergent job-seekers and transition-aged adults with disabilities for today’s economy.
Since then, Daivergent has grown into a lifelong care platform driven by next-generation technology and subject-matter experts. We now deliver personalized, face-to-face job training and life coaching to teens and adults around the world.
We hope you will join us and become a champion for neurodiversity and disability.

Over the years, we’ve built a neurodiverse management team that understands the issues at the heart of the disability community. As we prepare teens and adults for a brighter future, we’re also taking the opportunity to challenge biases.
With each new success story, we're helping change societal perceptions of an overlooked but highly capable community.

We have helped over 2,500 participants get the coaching they need to thrive.
"I joined to find a job in medical coding. I was taught how to create a resume, apply for jobs, and practice interview questions, and I found a job. I'm a medical coder."
"At Daivergent, we have the autonomy to bring in outside resources, and there isn't a box that everything has to be crammed into. We have the flexibility to navigate within the parameters of the program."
"I really enjoyed the job search process. My coach made it really structured and it was easy to keep track of everything. All the work that I did prepared me for the interview, and I nailed it. Just trust the process."

We built Future Pathways to help you achieve them. Let’s take the next step together.
