Do you only help people with autism?

We help people with many differences and disabilities.

Daivergent was founded in 2017 by Byran Dai, whose brother is autistic, and Rahul Mahida, whose cousin is autistic. Neurodivergence will always be a core focus at Daivergent, but our services today help teens and adults living with a broad range of differences and disabilities. You can see the full list below.

Tell me about my Daivergent coaching team.

When you sign up for Daivergent, we match you with a dedicated team of mentors and coaches. Daivergent coaches generally have backgrounds in human sciences, behavioral sciences, occupational therapy, counseling, or special education and are trained in Daivergent’s specialized curricula.

With regular online sessions and structured goal-setting, your team helps you achieve your milestones, and you’ll build a strong bond with them along the way.

Can Daivergent get me a job?

Daivergent can equip you with the tools and support you need to become job-ready in today’s economy. However, Daivergent does not guarantee employment or job placement as an outcome of its training programs.

Your chances of succeeding in today’s workforce increase dramatically when you complete Daivergent training programs. With your coaching team, you practice and acquire invaluable vocational, life, and social skills that are necessary for finding and keeping a job.

If you wish to, you can learn how to search for work, apply for a job, interview effectively, and respond to workplace dynamics and expectations. Once you have found employment, we can also provide ongoing support to help you keep your job.

"She sees his creative side. If a person can get to know someone through Zoom — and tap into them, and see what they're like, and what they're capable of — that's priceless."

Liz C., Parent

"At Daivergent, we have the autonomy to bring in outside resources, to meet one on one weekly, and there isn't a box that everything has to be crammed into. We have the flexibility to navigate within the parameters of the program."

Neil B., Daivergent Coach

"Her coach doesn't make her feel like, 'Oh, I'm working with you because you have a disability.' He doesn't approach her in that manner. It's more like, 'This is regular life coaching.'"

Pascale L., Parent
