Future Pathways has proven to help adults with autism and intellectual disabilities achieve real outcomes.
In fact, 83% of Future Pathways graduates achieve their goals, whether that's finding a job, returning to school, or beginning a paid internship.

You'll develop new skills in a small cohort of your peers. The setting simulates a real workplace, while allowing for individualized coaching and guidance.

DDS and IECF grants have helped us develop, test, and perfect our curriculum over the past three years. Our lessons are backed by research and designed specifically for neurodivergent learners.

We meet you where you are, and help you build a career plan aligned with your unique goals, strengths, and values.

Our curriculum covers communication skills, time management, professionalism, and digital literacy — skills that improve your work life and your daily life.
