Daivergent's Prepare for Work! program is available in Arizona, Michigan, New York, and Wyoming.

Depending on where you live, you may be eligible for Daivergent services through Medicaid or your state's Vocational Rehabilitation program.

  • Available in Arizona only! Your AHCCCS, DDD, or Medicaid insurance may cover work, independence, and social skills training through Daivergent.
  • In Arizona, Michigan, New York, and Wyoming: You may qualify for your state's Vocational Rehabilitation program, which allows you to enroll with Daivergent for work readiness training.

Have a question?

Is Prepare for Work! covered by insurance?

Yes! Daivergent is covered by AHCCCS, DDD, and Medicaid in Arizona through United Healthcare, Banner Health, and Mercy Care. We are also available through Vocational Rehabilitation in Arizona, Michigan, New York, and Wyoming.

Most of our participants pay nothing out of pocket for Daivergent’s Prepare to Work! program.

At this time, we are unable to accept private health insurance.

Is Prepare for Work! available in my state?

Prepare for Work! is available in Arizona, Michigan, New York, and Wyoming.

How long does Prepare for Work! take?

It depends on your goals. Some participants work with us for a few months to apply for jobs, while others stay longer to build crucial job and life skills step by step.

Your coach will work with you to create a personalized plan that sets the right pace for you.

Do sessions take place in person or online?

All of our sessions are held online, so you can join from wherever you are most comfortable. If technology feels like a barrier, don’t worry! We provide a free tech lending library and IT support to help you get started.

Can Prepare for Work! guarantee me a job?

We can equip you with the tools and support you need to become job-ready in today’s economy. Daivergent does not, however, guarantee employment or job placement as an outcome of its training programs.

Your chances of succeeding in today’s workforce increase dramatically when you complete Daivergent training programs. With your coaching team, you practice and acquire invaluable vocational, life, and social skills that are necessary for finding and keeping a job.

If you wish to, you can learn how to search for work, apply for a job, interview effectively, and respond to workplace dynamics and expectations. Once you have found employment, we can also provide ongoing support to help you keep your job.
